Soon after hearing the news of the tragedy, I found myself leading worship at the peace and reconciliation center in Northern Ireland where I live and volunteer. After providing some context, I read some of the words you spoke at my graduation in 2009 and led the mishebeirach to pray for your recovery.
Thank you for your powerful example and inspiring message, which continue to mean so much to all those reached by your words. As we work here towards a shared, peaceful future, the urgent need for reconciliation at home remains close to my heart. Get well soon.
