  • Olympic Ambassador to Belgium for the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee at the 1984 Summer Games. February through August 1984. Duties: managing the Belgian Envoy Team, hosting the Belgian Olympic Delegation, supervising protocol procedures, interpreting, V.I.P. stewardship, and walking in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies with the Belgian team.
