CP&R is pleased to announce the\u00a0return of our\u00a0Emerging Professionals Program\u00a0Winter Intensive<\/strong>,\u00a0a 6-day deep dive into planning for post graduate success. This application-based program will allow participants to explore their strengths, clarify interests, and refine skills under the guidance of professional mentors from CP&R, Scripps alumnae\/parents, recruiters, and more.\u00a0Take one week (without class conflicts!) to tap into your career potential.<\/p>\n

Last year 15 students representing all classes, multiple ethnicities and myriad majors returned to campus during winter break to participate in six days of career development and exploration. Each day followed a specific theme: self-assessment, career assessment, personal branding, an accelerated job application lab, and professional presence, and culminated in a networking event. More than 40 members of the Scripps community representing alumnae, parents, and employers volunteered as facilitators, mentors, and guests. This pilot program was offered free to participants and included food, accommodations, assessments, and materials.<\/p>\n
