That is where IT-FITS steps in.

IT-FITS, or Faculty Instructional Technology Support, was started by Scripps instructional technology consultant, Dr. Susan Kullmann. Since the spring of 2006, Kullmann has recruited technically-savvy Scripps students who are interested in giving one-on-one assistance to professors. The students who take part like working with computers and also enjoy the personal interaction with the faculty that the IT-FITS program provides. As of the summer of 2012, Dr. Kullmann officially left the Scripps IT-FITS team, but her influence, and the program, carries on.

Currently, the faculty advisor for the program is Professor Nancy Macko. Scripps IT-FITS continues to develop an innovative, student-run program where Scripps students help professors utilize their computers and technology more effectively.

**

For Scripps Students:

Do you know a Scripps student who is good with computers?
