However, we&#8217;ve found the Clutter function to occasionally make life a little more difficult. If that&#8217;s the case for you as well, then this tip is for you! We&#8217;ll be detailing how to turn off Clutter this week.<\/p>\n<p>Clutter is an automatic service of Outlook that is used to sort low-priority messages into a separate folder. However, if you&#8217;re unaware of which emails are being sorted into the folder, you might think that your emails are going missing! Read on for a step by step guide on how to turn of Clutter&#8217;s sorting.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login to your Scripps Email account at:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com\">http:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com <\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Locate the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click the gear and then select \u201cOptions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>3. You will be redirected to a new screen &#8211; the options page. Look for the Mail section heading and click on the word if the section is not already open. Next look for a smaller section heading, &#8220;Automatic Processing,&#8221; and if that section is not opened click on the words (Automatic Processing).<\/p>\n<p>4. Click on the word, &#8220;Clutter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>5. Click on the option, &#8220;Don&#8217;t separate items identified as clutter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>6. Click the Save button<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As always, the IT FITS team is here to assist you with any questions you might have.
