Dr. Bevin Ashenmiller is currently\u00a0an economics professor at Occidental College, and served\u00a0as a\u00a0Senior Economist for the Energy and the Environment at the White House Council of Economic Advisers last year. She spoke about her experience adjusting to the Washington D.C. environment and the reality of her ability to make impact on policy.
