Meet the Language Consultants/Tutors! (Spring 2024)
Eileen – German
Hi! I’m Eileen, a sophomore at Scripps studying Cognitive Science with a CompSci concentration and an Art minor. I was born in the Chicago area, where I was raised speaking Mandarin and learned English at school. In middle school I began studying Spanish and stuck with it until I graduated high school, but forgot most of it when I started learning German here at Scripps. I love exploring philosophy and language as well; stop by if you’re looking for some grammar help or just want to chat!
Ali – Arabic
Ann – French
Bonjour à tous! My name is Ann, I am from Paris and Shanghai and the French tutor at the MLRC. I am currently a junior at CMC studying Economics and Engineering. Come if you need any help with homework, want to practice speaking in French, or if you just want to stop by and chat!
